Milestone Direct and Become.nz will join forces on 31 March 2022 to become a combined business called Become Wealth.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Auckland with a major presence in Christchurch, and staff across three countries. Become Wealth will serve Kiwis across New Zealand with services such as mortgage broking, financial planning, insurances, and a range of investment solutions.
Become Wealth has nearly NZ$1bn (£530m, €690m, €630m) in funds under advice and advises nearly 17,000 individual clients. Employees of both companies will join the newly formed group.
All relationships of the two advice firms will be maintained by merged company Become Wealth.
