Batey joins the firm with immediate effect and will report to Paul Eva, executive director.
Prior to joining Coutts, Batey worked for 28 years within the RBS Group, most recently he held the position of regional director for RBS Private Banking for London, North and East. Before this he was private banking regional director for the East region.
