Costello will be responsible for providing high quality banking services and solutions to offshore intermediary businesses and their clients.
He joins the firm from Barclays Wealth where he managed a portfolio of high value local intermediary clients. Prior to this he was senior corporate manager with Royal Bank of Scotland International in Guernsey and head of franchising for NatWest in London, respectively.
