Francis Esem Wood has been appointed to “further develop [Falcon’s] Africa franchise with particular emphasis on the West.
Wood joins from Barclays where he was most recently managing director of its London-based West Africa regional team, a role Falcon said was built on his emerging markets career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse.
Falcon chief executive Nick McCall said: “The appointment of Francis Esem Wood reflects our strong commitment to the West African region.”
