FEIFA (Federation of European IFAs) has teamed up with Marloo to support its members with their administrative tasks through AI.
Marloo is an AI partner built for financial advisers, backed by $13m of investment led by Blackbird Ventures, and is used by 1,200 paying advice firms across nine countries.
Paul Stanfield, CEO of FEIFA, the non-profit trade association, said Marloo administers the work associated with advice, from meeting notes to advice documents, in each firm’s own style, so advisers can serve more clients without adding headcount.
“In every market it serves, Marloo is set up to meet local regulatory and compliance requirements, so firms can scale with confidence”, Stanfield said.
“For our membership, the question is no longer whether to use AI, but how to use it to grow: taking on more clients, deepening existing relationships and building a business that holds its value.
“Marloo will work alongside our member firms to make that happen, through hands-on support, practical webinars – counting towards CPD – and regular articles in our members’ magazine.”
Marloo CEO and co-founder Hardy Michel added: “Wealth is cross border, so advice has to be too”, commented “Marloo is the only truly global advice partner, and advisers all over the world love it. FEIFA has chosen Marloo as an AI Partner for its members. Now every one of them can know every client like they are their best, and scale their service.”
