Bestwick had been managing partner at the Jersey office of Walkers, the international law firm.
Kirkby, who has been with Jersey Finance for three years, is moving to KPMG, where he will be director of advisory services and will continue to be based in Jersey. This will involve advising clients on sales, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and other related non-tax, non-audit aspects of their business.
