John Beverley is Head of International at TEAM plc, the AIM-listed wealth and advice group quoted on the London Stock Exchange. Based in Singapore, he leads the Group’s international growth across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

John founded NEBA in Singapore in 2013 and built it over ten years before bringing it into TEAM plc in December 2023. He now drives the Group’s international expansion, drawing on regulated licences held across the UK, Jersey, the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa, together with strategic partnerships in the USA and EU.

His mandate is to grow TEAM plc internationally across both wealth management and TEAM Asset Management’s award-winning MPS and UCITS funds. Under his leadership the international division grew organically by 28.9% in assets under management and 45% in new Advisers in 2025, with not a single Adviser leaving the business over the year, a record John attributes to the culture the team has built. A vocal advocate of servant leadership and an Adviser-first culture, John has become a recognised voice on the future of cross-border advice and the modern international advice model.
