JTC hires Kellyann Ozouf as head of its private office business in Jersey

By Mark Battersby, 13 Aug 24

Prior to joining JTC Private Office, she was a partner at offshore law firm Collas Crill

JTC, the global professional services firm listed on the London Stock Exchange, has appointed Kellyann Ozouf as head of its private office business in Jersey.

In her role, Kellyann (pictured) will be responsible for continuing to develop and grow JTC’s Jersey Private Office, working closely with colleagues across JTC Private Office’s multi-jurisdictional team to provide global families with a holistic and bespoke service built around their unique needs.

JTC Private Office provides a range of services to clients, with a specific focus on family governance, next generation education and succession planning and luxury asset services. It is part of JTC’s wider private client services team.

A qualified lawyer, Kellyann has almost two decades of experience, having worked in the UK and Jersey, primarily with private clients. She has particular expertise in advising clients on wealth structuring, asset protection, wills, estate planning and probate. Kellyann became the trusted advisor for many high net worth individuals and their families, including individuals who had relocated (or were in the process of) to Jersey.

Prior to joining JTC Private Office, she was a partner at offshore law firm Collas Crill where she worked for almost ten years, playing a key role in developing and growing the firm’s award-winning non-contentious Jersey private client and trusts team. A regular speaker at industry conferences, Kellyann has sat on Jersey working parties to help shape legislation and regulation. She has frequently been recognised in legal guides and private client industry awards. She is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Tom McGinness, Head of JTC Private Office, said: “Wealthy families are increasingly seeking specialist support as their needs are complex, family members are becoming more international, and the regulatory environment is constantly evolving. I’m therefore delighted to welcome Kellyann to the team; her deep knowledge of the trust and private client market will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our Private Office proposition in Jersey, and across our locations, to meet clients’ needs.”

Kellyann added: “JTC has earned a strong reputation for delivering high quality services to globally dynamic families and high net worth individuals, and I’m excited to be joining the hugely experienced Private Office team. Working closely with the team from Jersey, my aim is to help deliver innovative solutions to clients and to establish JTC Private Office as their trusted partner both now and for future generations.”
