Ryan takes over the position from Oonagh Hayes, who will move to the group role of director of corporate development.
First Names Group said Ryan has been promoted to the role after working as finance director for 12 years.
In July the company purchased Jersey-based rival, the Basel Group for an undisclosed sum. That purchase followed the acquisition of the Moore Group in January and made the company one of the world’s largest in the offshore corporate services sector.
