Hepburn has been promoted to the position, from client service director, a role he held for nine years at the company.
First Names Group said Hepburn is well known in the industry and has worked in the UK, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands before moving to the Isle of Man.
First Names Group was established in the Isle of Man in 1988 and now has additional offices in Jersey, Cyprus, Switzerland, Ireland, UK, British Virgin Islands and Tokyo.
