The chief executive of the new entity is, with immediate effect, Julian Ide who is currently chief executive of OMAM UK. He will report to Paul Feeney, chief executive of asset management for Old Mutual’s Long-Term Savings Division.

James Millard is the combined business’s chief investment officer.SIG recently confirmed that Marcus Bolitho will be joining in the summer from Bank of New York Mellon. He will be head of marketing for the new business.
