Adviser platform Parmenion has appointed Chris Larkin as chief transformation officer, a role in which he will help drive Parmenion’s transformation and scaling initiatives.
Larkin is the founder and managing director of performance consultancy Bigrock People Performance Solutions, which Parmenion acquired last year.
In his new role, he will report to Parmenion’s chief executive Martin Jennings.

The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
