Clifton Asset Management
Clifton Asset Management has appointed Ashley Wise for the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He joins Clifton from Saltus, where he was a partner and CTO for five years, leading the firm’s technology platform strategy.
In his new role, he wil work on enhancing the design and delivery of Clifton’s end-to-end technology platform, spanning client and adviser-facing systems, data infrastructure and operational efficiency.
A key priority will be the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across the business, from intelligent automation of back-office processes to AI-assisted tools that enhance the advice journey and improve outcomes for clients.
PIMFA
PIMFA has appointed Brooks Macdonald CEO Andrea Montague to its board of directors.
Montague has been CEO of Brooks Macdonald since October 2024, having joined in August 2023 as chief financial officer. Joining PIMFA’s board of directors means she will help oversee the approach taken by the organisation in relation to its advocacy and external relations.
PIMFA CEO Liz Field said: “I am delighted that Andrea Montague has agreed to join the PIMFA Board bringing both a wealth of experience and knowledge across the UK long-term savings and asset management sector. The PIMFA Chair and the current board members look forward to working with her.”
Rothschild & Co
Rothschild & Co has hired Ilga Haubert as head of investments to oversee the firm’s investment strategy and the delivery of its investment proposition for clients.
Haubert, who will report to UK wealth management CEO, James Morrell, and will become a member of the UK Wealth Management Committee, was previously head of equities at Fidelity, where she led the firm’s European‑based portfolio management team and contributed to the development of its global equity capability.
Stonehage Fleming
Stonehage Fleming has appointed Prandhana Naidu as deputy portfolio manager of the Stonehage Fleming Global Best Ideas (GBI) Equity Strategy, which manages $4bn in assets. She will co-manage the flagship strategy alongside Carolyn Bell, who also became lead portfolio manager of GBI in April 2026.
Pran joined the GBI team in July 2024 from Melville Douglas Investment Management, where she was a senior global equity analyst and co-fund manager.
