Continental’s founder and managing director Ashok Sardana said: “I have known Richard for more than 20 years, since Continental started its operations. Richard brings with him over three decades of experience in distribution networking, predominantly in senior sales roles within banking, offshore life company and fund management organisations.”

Williams was formerly Provisca’s Middle East regional director.
