Quilter Financial Advisers partners with wellbeing firm

By Kirsten Hastings, 14 Jul 21

‘Employees cite their top anxieties and stresses as worries over family or finance’

The national advice business of Quilter Financial Planning has partnered with workplace wellbeing company Circles, which is part of the Sodexo Group.

It will see Quilter Financial Advisers deliver financial wellbeing and advice services to all of Circles’ clients and their employees.

Advice consultation

Users will have access to an online portal where they can view financial education articles on general personal finance and customised topics, such as their workplace pension scheme.

They can sign up to wide array of events on topics such as:

  • Pre-retirement,
  • Redundancy,
  • General financial planning,
  • Mortgages and equity release, and
  • Talks surrounding their specific group pension scheme.

These events will be delivered onsite or via a webinar.

In addition, a free initial advice consultation will be offered on an annual basis, with the employees given an opportunity to have an exploratory discussion on a variety of financial topics.

True wellbeing

Amanda Cassidy, managing director of Quilter Financial Advisers, says: “Financial capability in the workplace is a growing area as more employers recognise the fundamental link between sustained financial resilience and overall employee wellbeing.”

Michael Fildes, chief executive of Circles UK & Ireland, adds: “Circles concierge services have a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of our clients’ employees by reducing stress and mental load.

“Employees cite their top anxieties and stresses as worries over family or finance, so I’m particularly pleased that our new and exciting partnership with Quilter Financial Advisers will offer financial support and education to our clients’ employees to further positively impact their holistic wellbeing.”

The Sodexo Group is a global services provider with over 420,000 employees worldwide, providing its clients with an integrated offering from foodservices, facilities management services, employee engagement solutions through to in-home assistance, childcare centres and concierge services.
