Rogers, who takes up his role on May 1, left Skandia in late summer last year. He had been a director within its international sales team where he worked since 1998. At Synergy, Rogers will take up the position of non-executive director.
Synergy has also appointed David Rowden as regional manager for Western Europe.
Meanwhile, Aron Sharman, who Synergy said has been “highly successful” in managing the company’s business partnerships as regional manager, Middle East and Europe, has been promoted to international sales director. As part of the promotion, Sharman will relocate to Synergy’s head office in Kuala Lumpur.
