The Focus Financial partner firm has agreed to buy Texas-based Clinstman Financial Planning for an undisclosed sum.
This transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
Founded in 2002 by Bryan Clintsman, Clintsman FP provides wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and families.
Modera Wealth Management
The wealth manager has expanded to Virginia in November 2022 through a transaction with Bernhardt Wealth Management.
The entire Bernhardt team has joined Modera. Gordon Bernhardt, Tim Koehl and Solon Vlasto have joined Modera as principals and wealth managers of the firm.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
