Vanguard has nabbed BlackRock’s Ursula Marchioni to join the firm as head of multi-asset and adviser solutions, Europe.
In the newly created role, Marchioni will oversee Vanguard’s Model Portfolio Solutions (MPS) function and multi-asset teams, the Advisory Research Centre (ARC), and the portfolio analytics and consulting team.
Reporting to Jon Cleborne, head of Europe, Marchioni will also join the European leadership team.
At BlackRock Marchioni was a managing director and led investment and portfolio solutions across EMEA. Previously, she held positions at Credit Suisse, Société Générale and KPMG.
