Skybound Wealth Management has appointed Tyrone Witehira as head of Asia, to lead its expansion into the region.
With over 20 years of experience spanning the UK, UAE, India, Malaysia, and New Zealand, he previously held senior leadership roles, including head of business development at STM Group, where he played a key role in expanding international pension solutions, developing financial planning strategies for expats, and strengthening cross-border investment opportunities.
Following its expansion into Europe last year, Skybound Wealth said Asia represented “the next step in our mission to deliver portable, tech-powered, and tailored wealth management solutions for expats worldwide”.
With complex tax rules, cross-border investment challenges, and long-term financial planning needs, expats require even more highly personalized strategies to secure their financial future, the statement said.
