Intelliflo adds AdvisoryAI integration tool to speed financial adviser workflows

By Mark Battersby, 14 Apr 25

Updating client fact-finding data in ‘just four clicks’

AdvisoryAI and intelliflo have gone live with an integration that “eliminates manual practice management system updates and significantly enhances advisory workflows for intelliflo users”.

A statement today (14 April) said the latest integration addresses one of the most significant pain points for financial advisers, namely
the time-consuming process of manually updating client fact-finding data in their back-office systems.

By automating this process with just four clicks in total, advisers can now seamlessly transfer client information between platforms, saving hours of administrative work and reducing the risk of errors.

intelliflo users will gain immediate access to AI assistants: Emma and Evie. Evie eliminates post-meeting admin by automatically generating meeting notes and updating intelliflo office with client information. The integration pushes information to more intelliflo office fields than
any other AI provider, ensuring the most comprehensive data synchronisation available.

The integration’s advanced dialect recognition ensures accurate transcription across various UK and Irish accents, while built-in FCA handbook and Consumer Duty checks enhance compliance. Additionally, users can leverage Emma for paraplanners to generate compliant,
firm-specific suitability reports while maintaining seamless data synchronization with intelliflo office.

Nick Eatock, CEO of intelliflo, said: “The advice sector has always prided itself on the strength of its client relationships, but it also has to deal with enormous amounts of red tape, compliance and process. If AI can reduce some of these complexities and give human advice professionals more time to develop a deeper understanding of their clients, that’s a win for everyone. We’re delighted to partner with AdvisoryAI as we continue transforming financial advisory workflows.”

Alan Gurung, CEO of AdvisoryAI, said: “This partnership with intelliflo marks an exciting milestone in our mission to revolutionize financial advisory workflows. intelliflo office users can now double their client capacity through our AI assistants while eliminating post-meeting admin headaches. With just four clicks total, meeting notes, intelliflo updates, and client communications are handled automatically – allowing advisers to focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional advice to more clients.”
