Dr Chris Divito is Chief Executive Officer of Providence Life and one of the most influential figures in the international financial services sector, with more than 20 years’ experience across wealth management, insurance and cross-border financial planning.
Since taking the helm in 2021, he has driven a clear strategic transformation at Providence, sharpening its global proposition and positioning the business as a key player in the international life and savings market. With deep expertise across the Middle East, Europe and Africa, Divito has consistently delivered growth in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments while championing innovation in products designed for globally mobile clients.
Prior to Providence, he held senior leadership roles including CEO of Standard Life Middle East and Managing Director for the Middle East & Africa at Friends Provident International. He also contributed to the development of Dubai’s financial ecosystem through his work with the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Alongside his executive leadership, Divito brings valuable board-level experience as a Non-Executive Director, adding strategic insight across the international financial services landscape.
A Doctor of Business Administration, Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, he combines academic rigour with commercial leadership.
