Tom Tracy is the Founder and CEO of Forth Capital, a global financial advisory firm established in 2004. With over 25 years in private client financial services, Tracy previously worked at major institutions like Bank of America, Standard Life Assurance Company, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Under his leadership, Forth Capital has expanded to hubs in Edinburgh, Geneva, Sydney, Hong Kong, Houston, and Dublin, and Dublin, serving over 1,000 British expatriates in 53 countries with expertise in financial planning, wealth management, and pensions.
Tracy has excelled as an expat adviser in locations including Portugal, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Dubai, Geneva, Dublin, and Sydney, specialising in stock analysis, portfolio management, and investment advice.
In 2023, he cycled 1,969 kilometres over 50 days for his 50th birthday, raising £11,500 for SocialBite to combat homelessness.
The firm was nominated for ‘International Business of the Year’ at the 2025 British Business Awards.
