He led Shawbrook Group through its IPO and FTSE 250 entry, and was Chief Restructuring and Financial Officer at The Co-operative Bank, advising on its recapitalisation.
Wood is an experienced adviser, non-executive director, charity trustee, and investor. At Progeny, managing over £9bn in assets, he focuses on scaling operations globally.
Wood believes in high-performing teams through coaching and empowerment for excellent client outcomes. He succeeded founder Neil Moles, who transitioned to non-executive director.

Wood splits time between Yorkshire and London, prioritising family and Scottish rugby.
