Jupiter’s tip on how to get better with technology

What is the one key change financial services companies could make to improve their use of technology?

All is revealed by Stewart Conway, head of digital marketing, Jupiter Asset Management, in this video interview with International Adviser.  

The industry is behind the curve in its adoption of technology, he says, and there is a wide spectrum out there in terms of those willing to change.

Conway also comments on the rise of so-called ‘robo-advice’ and whether it is a threat or an opportunity.
