Fragmented and largely unregulated, the UK wills, probate and trusts market was worth £1.27bn last year, but this is set to grow, according to market research company IRN Research.
Changing the legal form of wills to include electronic, audio and video wills
This is part of the Law Commission’s consultation and will make the UK more like Australia where an unsent text on a dead man’s phone effectively disinherited his wife.
