Data gathered by fintech firm Sharing Alpha offers insight of not just the most popular, but also the funds rated the highest by professional fund buyers. So, which were the top rated domiciled in the UK and Luxembourg in August?
Liontrust Special Situations
Liontrust’s £2.8bn fund makes third place with its majority position in UK equities, and remaining 8% put into money market funds. It is a popular fund and placed at a growing firm, assets under management (AUM) at Liontrust grew to £5.7bn in the first six months of the year following the firm’s acquisition of Alliance Trust. It is managed by Anthony Cross and Julian Fosh.
