Bob Parker is the founder and CEO of Holborn Assets, an international financial services group established in Dubai in 1999. Parker has grown the business from a small advisory firm into a global business with offices in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and has overseen Holborn’s expansion into a multi-jurisdictional wealth management firm. Before founding Holborn, Parker spent nearly two decades in the UK financial services sector. He is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in the UK.
