David White is the Managing Director of QB Partners, providing next-generation technical support for professional advisers on complex and cross-border planning.
As a founding director and major shareholder, White brings over 40 years of financial services experience. Based in the Isle of Man, he handles intricate fee-based technical support often across complex cross border situations, offering next generational technical support in offshore pensions, wealth insurance, trust and estate planning and global tax support for IFAs and providers.
White’s expertise spans international tax and estate planning, frequently speaking at events and contributing to publications and is a regular contributor in print and at industry events for International Adviser and IA’s sister title Investment International.
Under his leadership, QB Partners supports advisers navigating regulatory changes and client needs, growing as a key resource.
Originally The QROPS Bureau. It re-branded in late 2017 to QB Partners, to reflect the expanding range of areas it provides support.
Previously, from 1999 to 2004 he ran the Far East operation of Scottish Provident International. From 2004 to 2008 he was Sales Director of Scottish Provident International.
