James Pearcy-Caldwell is the CEO of Aisa Wealth and Investment Management and the founder of the OpesFidelio network. A chartered financial planner and fellow of the Personal Finance Society, he is highly qualified in cross-border financial planning, particularly for UK expats. Pearcy-Caldwell began his career in the UK before establishing AISA, which has grown into an award-winning international network.

He began Aisa with the idea of ‘putting the client first’ through engagement and transparency. He frequently contributes to industry press and speaks on technical taxation and pension transfers.

Overseeing a group of six companies (four regulated), delivering high-level cross-border wealth management under MiFID II, IDD, SEC, and FCA rules. James has built integrated governance across the UK, Czech Republic, France, and Cyprus, lead strategic oversight of regulated advice, risk management, compliance, and Consumer Duty.

Directly regulated in both the USA (SEC) and the UK (FCA)  Aisa offers specialist in advice models for international HNW clients and expatriates, driving AI integration, digital onboarding, and oversight of multi-jurisdictional operations
