Joe Moynihan is the chief executive officer of Jersey Finance, a position he took over in February 2019. His career in financial services spans four decades, having begun his career in the banking sector, where he rose to become the CEO of Jersey and the Isle of Man for AIB Bank. He recently worked as the director of financial services within the government of Jersey, where he collaborated with the industry and regulator to ensure the island maintained its position as a leading international financial center. Alongside his CEO role, he is a board director of the World Alliance of International Finance Centres (WAIFC).
