Justin Oliver is an industry leading CIO and investment specialist. He has worked in the investment industry for 30 years, joining Kleinwort Benson in 1994 after the firm sponsored his university degree.
He later joined Collins Stewart, a firm acquired by Canaccord, in 2000, where he worked as part of the Guernsey portfolio management team.
In April 2022, he went on to establish the chief investment office, where he is now the CIO of Canaccord Genuity Funds.
As well as managing the CG Cautious, Balanced and Growth Funds, Oliver has oversight of all the funds in the range. This includes the responsibility for ensuring that our CG Fund managers have the resources and support they need.
He provides active support to the international sales team and take the lead on investment communication for the CG Funds, both internally and externally. He is also heavily involved with the company’s wider investment process, as a member of the firm’s asset allocation, ESG and passive investment committees.
