Three key ways to take financial planning forward: Carrington

Making the team more visible

Directors Mike and Alistair Candlish, are actively promoting Carrington as a team of people, and not just two individuals with whom clients have contact. 

We are therefore introducing ways to make everyone more visible to our clients and the industry at large.

This includes tasking different team members with client communications and the running of seminars/ events, by mentoring and growing the team from within and actively including the junior advisers in client meetings and during the advice process.

These changes all increase the number of personal touch points with the client and make the team more visible on the whole.
