Global wealth manager Skybound Wealth has launched a dedicated new division for sports professional and creator clients.

The new division, Athletes & Creators, will focus on planning tailored for the careers of sports professionals, such as footballers, and ‘creators’.

The firm said it is built to address the unique financial challenges faced by these professionals, whose careers often “peak early, span multiple borders, and involve complex and volatile income streams”.

The division will also provide “structured coaching” and education to help clients succeed during and after their careers, as well as cashflow planning, advanced tax structuring, financial protection services and succession planning.

Mike Coady, chief executive of Skybound Wealth, said: “For athletes and creators, careers often peak early, incomes can be volatile, and lives move across borders. Too many finish their careers without the structures, coaching, or financial security they deserve.

“We want every client to finish their career with options, not obstacles. That means protecting families, investing with discipline, and building a transition plan that works in the real world.”
