With Christmas is just around the corner, Ian Forrest, investment research analyst at The Share Centre, gives his tips on the 12 companies that could offer investors a present this festive season.
Cruise company Carnival beat expectations in the third quarter of 2016 and hopes for more good news as more people make last minute bookings for the essential Christmas and New Year season.
Forrest said: “As the largest cruise company in the world, Carnival will be doing all it can to entice customers to book that last minute cruise and grab that winter sun we all pine for in the colder months.”
The company, one of the largest cruise operators in the world, has been aided by lower fuel costs and strong booking levels during the year up to now.
