Best performing sectors for UK funds in 2017

The results are in – here are the 10 strongest-performing sectors on a total return basis according to the UK’s Investment Association and data from FE Analytics.
9. Europe Excluding UK
By the same token, stronger economic data in Europe + Brexit helped the Europe Excluding UK sector to outperform its UK inclusive counterpart.
The sector yielded total returns of 6.20% over the first three months of 2017.
