The FCA has a very strict code of conduct when it comes to gifts and hospitality.

Any presents worth under £30 ($40, €34) need to be declared but can be kept by members of staff.

However, anything worth £30 or over has to be declared and surrendered to the regulator.

The authority also publicly shares its gifts and hospitality log every quarter on its website.
