Asic received presents from companies that, at the time, were subject to investigations

The JFSC does not provide a specific monetary amount; however, its code of conduct does say that “any gifts or entertainment provided or received by the registered person must be limited in value and frequency so as not to be construed as an inducement for the provision of insurance business to the detriment of the principle of best advice to clients”.
